Jeff Rice is an established and successful independent feature film and television producer with over 30 feature films to his credit. Rice has has worked with top international stars such as: Keanu Reeves, Amy Adams, Willem Dafoe, Vince Vaughn, James Spader, Christina Ricci, Winona Ryder, Virginia Madsen, Luke Wilson, as well as Oscar winners such as Billy Bob Thornton, Anna Paquin, Sally Field, Marissa Tomei, Kim Basinger, and Marcia Gay Harden. Jeff’s films have appeared in virtually every major film festival and film market including: Sundance, Cannes, Toronto and Berlin. One of Rice’s most successful films was The Watcher, released by Universal Studios and starring Keanu Reeves, Marisa Tomei and James Spader which was #1 for two consecutive weeks at the U.S. box office.
Additionally, Jeff developed and executive produced the 2009 award winning CBS and Hallmark Hall of Fame Tele-feature, The Courageous Heart of Irena Sendler, which was three times nominated and won an EMMY, a WIN award for Best Actress for Marcia Gay Harden, an A.S.C. nomination for Best Cinematography, a Christopher Award for best T.V. or Miniseries for John Kent Harrison. Furthermore, The Courageous Heart of Irena Sendler was nominated for a DGA award and a Golden Globe nomination for Best Actress, Anna Paquin.
