Marek is a police inspector who is on the verge of a mental breakdown. The film is executed in two spheres. The first is a criminal plot and the second is laid in the sphere of the main character’s psychological sensations. Over the course of the film, the viewer becomes acquainted with the deepest nooks and corners of Marek’s consciousness. One can ask what is real and what is fantasy and where the boundary between reality and imagination lies. Or what justifies human suffering and what is the most important thing in life.
