Graduate of the Cinematography Department of the Polish Film School in Łódź (1986). 1989 marked his debut as an independent cinematographer in a feature movie. Next he started to acquire professional knowledge from such outstanding cinematographers as Jerzy Wojcik and Witold Sobocinski. As of now, Wojtowicz can boast of over 26 features, some 30 TV theater shows, 20 documentaries and over 100 advertising spots. He collaborated with such outstanding directors as Krzysztof Zanussi, Marta Meszaros, Izabela Cywinska, Mariusz Trelinski, Andrzej Baranski and Wojciech Wojcik. He is expanding his experience not only through work in Poland but also in the USA, Vietnam, Czech Republic, Russia, Sweden, Hungary and in France.
