Miroslaw Slowinski

Graduate of the Polish Language Faculty from the Adam Mickiewicz University of Poznan with a Ph.D. in Humanities. Has been involved in cultural activities since his undergraduate years, when he started organizing college student cultural festivals in Poznan. Received the Minister of Education Award of the 1st Degree. Editor-in-chief of the Kultura, Słowo Przegląd Kulturalny weeklies. He cooperated with the Wprost Magazine and Głos Wielkopolski. He was Deputy Minister of Culture under Premiers Mieczyslaw Rakowski and Tadeusz Mazowiecki. He produced several features and documentaries.
