Director, screenwriter and film producer. Graduated from the Łódź Film School. One of the most prominent Polish directors; awarded numerous prizes for his artistic achievements. Director of television series (mini-series). Artistic director of the Perspektywa Film Studio. He has produced 55 films , directed by Andrzej Wajda, Tadeusz Konwicki, Witold Leszczyński, Janusz Majewski, Stanisław Bareja, Piotr Szulkin, Feliks Falk, Jacek Bromski, Andrzej Kotkowski, Krzysztof Krauze, Radoslaw Piwowarski, Janusz Kondratiuk, Izabella Cywińska, Andrzej Barański and Robert Glinski among others.
